3 BMW cars make it to the 10 Best Fast Cars on the Road of 2009!

Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines is happy that three BMW cars, the M6, M5 and M3, make it to the Top 10 list of Best Fast Cars on the Road of 2009, rated by Autotropolis, a leading resource for new and used cars. Each vehicle has been selected based on several criteria. These primarily included performance and speed but other factors like reliability, engine operation and drive system were included.
The BMW's 6 Series, noted for its striking good looks, is available as a coupe or convertible. The M6 uses the powerful 500-horsepower V-10 engine and is the perfect example of the fine combination of BMW's style, luxury and performance. With its unique fabric top, the 6 Series convertible offers the highest level of design as well as noise reduction that is expected from a BMW. The BMW 6 Series gets an estimated 21-23 mpg on the highway and the M6 model tops out at 17 mpg.
BMW's 5 Series is offered as either a sedan or station wagon with three distinct engine choices including a 500-horsepower V-10 in the M5. This series get an estimated 22-28 mpg on the highway and the M5 model tops out at 17 mpg.
The 3 Series is BMW's most multifarious model with a total of 15 different models and four body configurations. The M3 is the most powerful of the 3 Series models and all 3 Series convertible models offer a smooth ride and a coupe-like look due to a retractable hardtop. The BMW 3 Series gets an estimated 25-28 mpg on the highway and the M3 model tops out at 20 mpg.
